Hey, I'm Luke!

I started Movement Innovation because I got fed up with how training was supposed to look. Everything was either random or pushed too hard, and it felt like you had to ignore what your body was telling you just to keep up. That never sat right with me.

I wanted to build a gym where training actually respects the process. Where you can keep building strength over time, adjust when you need to, and not feel like you’re failing just because life or your body changes. That’s the mission behind Movement Innovation.

How the process works

Step 1. Start at your level

You sit down with a coach so we understand your training history, injuries, and goals. This gives us a clear approach to how you need to train in your first week.

Step 2. Build consistency

You train in group sessions with coaching, clear session structure, and ongoing check ins. We care more about you showing up again than going all out once.

Step 3. Things start to feel different

Week 3 is the turning point. You’ve settled in, the nerves are gone, and you start to realise this is something you can actually keep up. This is the point where we really know your level and can start building on it.

Step 4. Keeping momentum

If you miss a few sessions or slip out of routine, we reach out to help you reset before it turns into another stop start cycle.
